I had the opportunity on Friday to grab a quick lunch at one of my very favorite restaurants, Chorizo, which is located in the historic Grove Arcade in downtown Asheville. The weather was amazing, so I took advantage of their patio seating. Chorizo offers Latin fare featuring local and in-season produce whenever possible, and provides a creative and artistic ambiance that is a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. As the weather warms, the restaurant opens up to provide an outside feel, even for the tables that are located within the walls.

You can also probably imagine how exciting it would be to join forces with your sisters on a project that you all deeply believe in, and that had the potential to utilize all of your talents, making you even better than the sum of your parts.
